Nottingham psych risers Midnight Rodeo have shared new single ‘The Big Melt’.
The band have impressed with a flurry of releases, retooling psych-pop tropes from a fresh vantage point. Ending the year on a night, the band have laid out plans for a host of dates, including a hometown Nottingham show, and a night in London venue the Grace on November 19th.
Alongside this, Midnight Rodeo have shared woozy new single ‘The Big Melt’. A multi-faceted piece of woozy surf pop, the Morricone guitars slice through those heavenly vocals, while the heavyweight percussion surges to its grand finale.
Reminiscent of West Coast types La Luz or Allah-Las, the Tarantino vibes also put us in mind of the unique London based outfit Los Bitchos.
