Fredo has shared his surprise return ‘I’m Back’.
The West London rapper etched his name with a flurry of street bangers, before being snapped up on a major label deal. The impositions placed on his artist didn’t sit right with the MC, however, who seized freedom on his 2021 project ‘Independence Day’.
While some still know Fredo for those catchy singles, the rapper has broadened his approach and deepened his penmanship. The process kickstarted by his ‘Money Can’t Buy Happiness’ LP, the rapper speaks his truth in a poetic yet undiluted fashion
‘I’m Back’ is a surprise return, and it could be his finest moment yet. A six minute comeback single, it’s uncompromising in stance and execution, his lyrics dealing with a lifestyle that is ‘luxe while still remaining true to the person he was on the come up.
Defiant and profoundly independent, ‘I’m Back’ seems to present Fredo in full 360, while the monochrome visuals match the track’s stark beauty.
