Cult UK group Creeper return with new track ‘When The Sun Comes’.
The band played a sold out show at London’s Roundhouse over the weekend, a concert with a shocking finale. Frontman Will Gould was decapitated onstage, a move that recalled their ‘final’ show at KOKO back in 2018.
Death and resurrection was a key theme of the Roundhouse night, which closed with the release of a brand new song. Out now, ‘Ghost Brigade’ opens a fresh era for the band, a cathartic slice of gothic punk that taps into the lingering threat of Hallowe’en.
It’s the group’s first on their new home, with Creeper having inked a deal with Spinefarm Records, home to Bullet For My Valentine and While She Sleeps.
The new single follows their fantastic second album ‘Sex, Death & The Infinite Void’, which smashed into the charts at No. 5 on its 2020 release.
Produced by Tom Dalgety (Ghost, Royal Blood, The Damned, Pixies), you can check out ‘Ghost Brigade’ below.
